My left calf is still a bit tight, but it doesn’t effect my running. It can’t be anything too serious. I won’t do any more fast stuff until it’s back to normal, but that shouldn’t be too long now.

Today’s photos are from the highways and back roads of Missouri, back in early August of 2012, featuring some of Carmel’s creative photography. Hannah was travelling with us for nine days at the time. She even did a 5 km run with me, as you will see.
