Happy Christmas to all. I hope everyone has a wonderful day. The weather here in Sydney certainly helps. Hopefully it’s pretty good elsewhere too.
Not much to report, other than that I’m up to 40 minutes of continuous running now, and I’ll move to 45 minute tomorrow. So far, so good.
A few days ago I posted some photos of me running on the Argentinian side of the Andes. Today it’s the Chilean side, including one where I was clearing the road for Carmel in the support vehicle. However, the road got even worse and she had to go back down and through the tunnel at 3,200 metres elevation, instead of reaching the top at nearly 4,000 metres, like I had to do. There’s also a Where’s Wally shot on a hairpin, although I’m not too hard to find in that one. And look how deep blue the sky is at this altitude. I was just that little bit closer to being in outer space.
