The laser treatment I’ve been having on my Achilles scar tissue has been fantastic. It’s really made a huge difference. I can’t even feel it at all now. I’m going to have one more treatment today and that should do it. I’m really happy with my decision. I also have a follow up appointment next week regarding my pelvic problem. It’s improving day by day, and (hopefully) will be all better in a few weeks.

Today’s photo from the world run was taken in Arizona, north of Prescott. I thought this was an appropriate photo, given the very cold temperatures much of the US is enduring at the moment. As you can see, though, it wasn’t hard to run on this occasion. There was a good width shoulder on the road, and it had been well cleared by the snow ploughs.
