I forgot to mention last week that I’ve now passed the 1,000 km mark for the year so far. I think it occurred on March 4, which is one of my earliest dates to reach that mark. And a fastest kilometre this morning of 3:49 indicates my speed is improving too. I’m contemplating a time trial around Centennial Park at some stage, but I want to make sure the Achilles is truly ready for it before I take on that risk.
