Seven years ago today I ran from the Arizona town of Wickenburg to the northern suburbs of Phoenix. Mid morning I encountered a very serious car accident which caused a major traffic jam. The video below shows me running through this traffic jam, providing motorists with an update on the situation, as I’d spoken with the police officers further up the road. Bear with it, as it I take a bit of time before I start speaking. And the anti-bounce program applied to the video gives it a weird swaying effect.
