I’ve just completed a great run in Honolulu – one of my best for some time. While I only average 5:43 per km, it was in hot and humid conditions, yet I did it very comfortably. It’s a nice place to run. Since my last post, I had another run in Boulder, Colorado, through a landscape under a heavy cover of snow. Very different today.

Today’s videos and photos are from my time near Boulder on this day seven years ago. After I left Boulder, I headed up to Estes Park in the Rocky Mountain National Park. There I was joined by local runners, Lisa and Terry, for the run back down to the base of the Rockies, through Big Thompson Canyon. It was a spectacular run, as you’ll see from these images.
