Ran a comfortable 3:53 for 1 km yesterday. My aim is to get that down to under 3:40 in the coming weeks.
No videos today, but there are several photos, mostly from my first two days in Malaysia. The first day was the hardest of the whole world run, having come from a European winter into the heat and humidity of an equatorial climate. The second day saw me running with Roger and Christine Sharp (separately, as one of them had to drive their car). I hadn’t seen them on the road since the early days of the world run in NZ.
There are also a couple of photos from South Dakota, as I approached the unusual town of Wall, just to the east of the Badlands. The town is heralded for many miles along the highway on either side by huge billboards proclaiming that you must stop in Wall.
