I am thoroughly enjoying my time on the 2020 Tour de Bois. We’ve so far stayed in the towns of Wagga, Coolamon, Ariah Park, West Wyalong, Grenfell, and Young. We still have Cootamundra, and Junee to come, then back to Wagga. The pace has been fast and the hills have been prominent this past day. My running has taken a back seat this week, with the daily average under 10 km. I run in the morning before we start cycling. I’m about to head out for my run now.

As usual, I have a few photos to post from my world run. These were all taken in Pennsylvania or New Jersey. In fact, I reached New Jersey on this day in 2012, heading toward Princeton and then on to New York City.
