Awoke to a stunning New England day, and headed off on the old Boston Post Road. As its name suggests, it was once the route the mail coach took between Boston and New York City. It’s now quite a busy road, but not too much so – still a pleasant run. The day was otherwise uneventful.

Tonight we’re staying with an old friend, David and his family, who I first met when we were part of the Global Roundtable on Climate Change. I haven’t seen him for over four years, so it’ll be great to catch up.
