i’m writing this from my phone in the town of Goolwa, at the mouth of the Murray River. I’m on the Tour de Bois. Yesterday we rode from McLaren Vale, including the famous Willunga Hill. Today we head to historic Hahndorf. It’s been cold so far, but will be warming up for the rest of the tour. I’ve been keeping my runs to around 7 km in the mornings, ahead of each day of cycling.

Here’s another photo from California’s Big Sur coastline. It was a fabulous place to run and I reckon it would be great for cycling too.
