Another lap of Centennial Park this morning – at every check point I was within two seconds of my time a couple of weeks ago, sometimes in front, sometimes behind. But I managed to stop the clock in 15:24, which was two seconds faster than last time. Once again, I was quite comfortable throughout.

Today’s photos are from the final few days of the North American leg of the world run. I was doing a lot of my running with Chook at the time. There’s even a photo that Carmel managed to capture of the moment Chook accidentally turned and hit me with his elbow in nose, causing me to fall. There’s also a photo of the group in Newport, Rhode Island, with my good friend Gregor from Launceston. I actually had dinner with Gregor just last Friday night.
