I decided to keep things simple this morning and just do a fast 200 metres, as I did on Friday. However, after about 50 metres I felt a twinge in my right hamstring, so I eased up just enough to get through it. I reckon my time of 33.0 secs would have been at least half a second faster otherwise, so not a bad effort. I think the next distance to attack is the 400 metres again. If I can run 32.5 sec for 200 metres, I should be able to get close to 70 secs for the 400.
No world run history today, as nine years ago I was back in Australia for a week long break to renew my US visa waiver conditions.
