Happy Christmas and upcoming New Year  period to everyone. And pleasant running to all those who do enjoy getting out on the road.

I’ll be doing some running in different places over the coming week or so. It’s nice to get out of the regular routine.

And I did manage 1 mile in 6:47 last Friday, and very comfortable it was. While I could have gone faster, I prefer a slower pace at this time of the year. I’ll get faster next year.
