Enjoyed a great ride out west over the weekend, covering 165 km. Click on the link below and you’ll see where we rode, as well as the severe vertical profile, especially the uphill into Orange. Despite skies that threatened at times, we had no rain at all while riding. A highlight was visiting Woodstock, the spiritual home of the Tour de Bois.

I expect I’ll hear the verdict on my heel some time in the next couple of days. I’m hoping the solution will be simple. Stay tuned.
