I visited a podiatrist yesterday. He certainly seemed to know his business and is confident my heel pain can be cured fairly easily. First though, I will be undergoing an ultrasound to identify whether it is bursitis or a tendon problem. I’m book in for the ultrasound next Thursday. Fingers crossed.

A year ago today I left the wonderful Spanish city of Toledo on my to Avila, during the journey across Spain. Time flies.
