I’m certainly feeling more free in my running now, as well as stronger when walking up stairs etc. Amazing the difference a properly functioning SI joint can make. However, there’s still a lot of soreness and some strange feelings around the pelvis as the muscles struggle to adapt and do things differently. The big thing now is to completely retrain those muscles to the new task of operating normally.

I thought I’d post this photo from my run around the world. This is from a time when I was running as freely as I hope to again, once this SI joint problem is fixed. By the way, this photo was taken in Colorado.
