Today’s video is definitely worth a watch. It’s one Carmel put together, based on the run across Australia to that point in time, accompanied by the appropriate music of Cat Stevens.

The photos below include me running through Wisconsin and Illinois (with an interesting photo of how skinny I got during that time), along with various shots from the Nullarbor. There is one from where we camped a night, on the cliffs overhanging the Great Australian Bight. Others are from near Fowlers Bay. Chook and Silvia had just joined us (the support crew was growing), and Chook chose to join me that same day for a few kilometres on the road.

I might do a 5 km time trial in the next few days. Stay tuned for how that turns out in the next post.
