Another 125 km covered this week, including my fastest 1 km in five years. I have to be happy with that. All the same, I sense I’m going to need an easier week some time soon. Perhaps an easy few days, followed by a good time trial when I’m relatively rested.

I have three videos for readers today. Two are from around the Duluth region of Minnesota. Duluth is where Bob Dylan was born. When I was there the town suffered in its worst floods in decades. The videos show this, including when I was wading through flood waters (you may have to copy and paste the link to this video into a browser). The photos feature the flood too, plus a few of Grace and I running towards Kalgoorlie. There’s a nice posed photograph of the two of us as well.
