This morning I ran for thirty minutes, and relatively pain free; not a lot of running, but a big improvement on the five minutes with pain from a couple of weeks back. And I’m really enjoying the variety of the structured program, gradually increasing the distance each day. It gives me a goal.

On Friday I’m starting a cycle ride in the countryside with a couple of the other Tour de Bois guys, Eric and Poddy. The weather is predicted to be fine, so it should be a nice weekend in the fresh air, and even more variety to my training.

Tomorrow I’ll be submitting the first draft of my book to the publisher for review. Hopefully they’ll like it.
