Lots of cold weather running in today’s videos and photos. After experiencing very mild weather in California and Arizona, it turned decidedly cold as I approached the Grand Canyon at this time of year in 2012. The images are self explanatory. And it was cold in France too. But cold is better than hot when it comes to running, so I still enjoyed both locations.
