Today’s memories of my run around the world are from the Grand Canyon and France and Germany. The first video is of particular interest. I decided to start filming before I reached the rim of the canyon, so the viewer sees exactly what I saw as I approached. It’s definitely worth a look.

The photos of the Grand Canyon region include Carmel and myself enjoying a wine on the rim, a shot of me in the helicopter ride we took over the canyon, and one of me running along the rim. You can’t get a more picturesque run than that.
