As I mentioned in my last post, on this day back in 2013 I was on my way to commencing the short Asian leg of my world run, from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore. That didn’t start until May 24, so my next post will include highlights from that leg.

I’m hopeful of getting a referral this week to a specialist who can advise me on what is needed to cure my chronic heel issue. Perhaps it’s minor surgery, perhaps it’s something less invasive. I expect to be able to report on that as well by the end of the week.
